- tellumMay 29, 2025This is supposed to be a cautionary tail about young people being catfished and kidnapped, but is very clumsy and gets distracted with the internal “lore” of a book and it’s fandom. This is a legitimately important subject that needs focus as online predators are a real threat to teens, unfortunately this movie gets too pretentious and misses the mark on what it’s trying to accomplish.
