Gielgud is brilliant. I love how even his snarky digs at Arthur reveal a touching empathy and love for him beneath the sarcasm. Best Supporting Actor Oscar well earned.
A true classic, well for me at least, with Duddly Moore giving what I think was his best performance. Before Captain Jack Sparrow we had Arthur. Love it.
