As rumors of succession stir with Ryu's return, Tajima and Yamagami's underhanded schemes begin to surface. Holding to the old ways, Ryu quietly waits, believing "everything will be decided by the boss." But when the hidden forces behind the past conflict are exposed, the one-eyed yakuza rises once more!
