- BubbleGumSGJanuary 29, 2026A very nice retelling of the folk tale princess Kaguya, but modernized. The animation is very good and although CGI is used, it's top notch quality and I, sometimes, didn't even notice it. The characters are pretty simple, but since the story is straightforward it works. The 2 main protagonists have very good chemistry and it just got better as the movie went on. The music is good, but a lot of people expected more from the ost since a lot of vocaloid producers worked on this. All in all, the movie was a fun watch and I recommended it to anyone looking for a fun anime.
