- Jimmy JamesJuly 18, 2026You know those movies where they say, "before the studio meddled with our film, it was over 2 hours" and the final movie is 90min? This is one of those movies, but one where the studio should have meddled. It drags on and on and on. Also, one character, specifically, was hilariously and painfully miscast; it gets better as the movie drags, but not by much. Also, it's supposed to be some futuristic place where people never die, but it looks like plain old 1970's Scotland in every way. As one reviewer said, "it's ripe for a remake," but I would add, "a remake that is executed a little better."
