Deathstalker’s back—and this time he’s facing off against Troxartes, an evil wizard with a zombie army and two magical jewels that hold the key to the lost city of Erendor. Teaming up with Princess Carissa, Deathstalker must protect the third gem, storm a heavily guarded fortress, and ride a bolt of lightning straight into battle.

What can I say about the third installment of an already bad film franchise? Honestly, I’m still wondering where they kept finding the money to make these things. Deathstalker is our “hero,” though he stumbles through the film like a toddler who wandered onto the wrong set. He never seems to have his own quest, just a habit of overtaking someone else’s. Armed with what appears to be a wooden sword painted silver, Deathstalker swings his way through yet another adventure, this time in search of a set of stones that carry absolutely no weight in the story. The result? An hour or so of poor swordplay, flimsy props, and wardrobe malfunctions disguising itself as a fantasy film.
