Domino returns from the Civil War to find his ranch in ruins and his father murdered. Five men were responsible and four were identified. One by one Domino outdraws the four that were known, all being outlaws. There is only one left now. Domino does not know his identity but that man probably knows of Domino and his mission.

“The Domino Kid” is a 1950s Western built around the Kid hunting down the men who murdered his father. The film has plenty of action and steadily builds toward its final confrontation, mixing in a little romance and jealousy along the way. Unfortunately, the payoff is underwhelming. After all the buildup, the story wraps up with a gunfight and then simply ends, leaving the conclusion feeling weaker than it should. It's a passable Western, and fans of the genre may enjoy it, but there are many better Westerns from the same era worth watching first.
