Six years after losing her mother, Sari starts recording her two brothers and her father, in an attempt to hold together a family that, following her mother's death, is growing apart. Through home videos, interspersed with confessional "letters" to her mother - addressed in the second person - the film presents a bitter yet ineffably tender kaleidoscopic portrait of a family and their implicit efforts to come to terms with the trauma of death.
