It’s an intimate and accurate view of being Bipolar. It doesn’t cover all forms of Bipolar, it focuses on Hestons form of it. Bipolar mania can present as anger, frustration, and rage., rather than euphoric. Bipolar can be well managed, but it’s not as easy to do as this documentary would have us believe. It can take years to find the right med cocktail that makes a person stable. Even if a person gets stable, they will always have episodes, hopefully not as extreme as they would be unmedicated. Despite these omissions, it was a very good documentary.
