- jackmeatJune 8, 2025My quick rating - 4.7/10. This movie could have been better, but I think the director was just really lazy. Or the screenwriter, either way, it was just a problem, then a resolution, just that quick. Example. "My brother and I could see things", other cops answer, "So you are clairvoyant". First response to that, no other guess, not even a "what do you mean," just that as an explanation to his ability, no more questions, and she follows him blindly after that. And that is how the whole movie plays out. But it does have Tony Todd in it, and it isn't a horror movie, so that is good. And unless you are a huge fan of his, like me, you most likely won't get much out of this slight kung fu action vehicle. It shows the brother of someone murdered comes to investigate in LA to find his killer and uncovers a software company that is a front for a global terrorist network. And with how this movie solves conflicts, you can see the stupidity coming from a mile away.
