Not surprised this got a spin off series. The double conversation interrupting jokes felt unique. Sutherland is charming. Liked golf.

The theme was “sexual assault” Not much of a plot but what sticks out was the multiple rapes, sexual assaults, sexual harassment, and racism

Superb movie that birthed the legendary TV show. Super funny if not downright silly at times, but aint that the point? It is a must watch, even more so if you have never watched the TV show…it may pique your interest to give the show a chance. Overall the actors were right on point and casted quite well.

“M A S H”, directed by Robert Altman, is a dark comedy set in a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital during the Korean War, where chaos, cruelty, and absurd humor collide. Altman’s signature overlapping dialogue gives the film a raw, improvisational energy. Some of its treatment of women hasn’t aged well; what once felt edgy now plays as mean-spirited. Still, despite those moments, it remains a sharp and influential film worth watching.

The original and in my opinion, the best. A great cast with an original script showing the other side of war. Using humour to keep sane in sometimes tortuous circumstances, made this film great.
