- drakeg23September 3, 2025Let me start off by saying MSWYOML is not a 'phenomenal' movie but it's my definition of a guilty pleasure, and I would genuinely put it in my favorite movies. (Reminder: Favorites # Greatest) The movie has a ton of plot holes, the pacing is sooo fast (it's only an hour & a half, could've made it a little longer), and there is your classic middle school fart & poop jokesz. However, it's genuinely such a sad movie for a comedy. There's so many emotional scenes and I can't lie, I cried- kind of a lot It's based off a novel, and I now want to read it to see how movie accurate it is If you want a funsad stupid comedy, you'd love this. It's like diary of a wimpy but with A LOT more meaningful emotion
