Perverted detective Ippei Kuroda is commissioned by a TV station to find a Momoe Yamauchi lookalike. While molesting on the train, Ippei encounters Momoe Yamauchi and takes her to the station. But just before the live broadcast, a threatening call comes in saying a bomb has been planted at the station. Various celebrity lookalikes reminiscent of the era appear, leading to an outrageous chikan mystery epic where they even perform masturbation shows and black-and-white shows in front of the TV cameras.
