Where to Watch Mortal Kombat II
- LaPrelle Bunn3d agoA decent movie, it wasn't really a continuation of the first in my opinion. I felt it is kinda set up for a potential third installment with the last scene. Gruesome kills. However, it felt rushed and unpolished. The storyline was "UGH". It was a good watch, it just felt off a bit. To sum it up, it should have been better.
- HaHaHarvey44June 4, 2026I'll get this out of the way immediately: I'm a huge Mortal Kombat fan, so there was probably very little chance of me walking out of Mortal Kombat 2 and giving it anything less than five stars. Am I biased? Absolutely. Am I ashamed of that? Not in the slightest. Thankfully, the film makes this review easy. Mortal Kombat 2 finally feels like the movie fans have been waiting for. The fights are bigger, the fatalities are nastier, the fan service is relentless, and Karl Urban's Johnny Cage is worth the price of admission alone. Is the story a masterpiece? Of course not. But I didn't buy a ticket for an Oscar-worthy screenplay, I bought a ticket to watch my favourite characters beat each other senseless in gloriously over-the-top fashion. On that front, the film delivers in spectacular fashion. As a Mortal Kombat fan, this is exactly what I wanted, and I'm shamelessly giving it five stars. 😂
