- VilebloodDecember 19, 2025Overall pretty decent, felt like they completely waste the character of Ricky Park and not many if any of the other characters are very well developed themselves. The movie relies heavily on spectacle and big payoffs without proper buildup. I like the setting and the movie deserves some praise for the visuals. Worth a watch, but I probably won't really rewatch it anytime soon.

Whether its attempt at unsettling imagery of events or the "antagonist," Nope is largely forgettable and is self-indulgent about its striking visuals. While these set pieces attempt to wow the audience, its buildup is as underwhelming as its payoff.
