    Great Cary Grant movie
  • Mark LarisJune 2, 2026
People Will Talk is an engaging, somewhat unconventional film. Cary Grant is effortlessly charming, and Jeanne Crain brings warmth and appeal. Strong character development makes the cast easy to invest in, while the detestable villain underscores both the actor’s performance and the screenplay’s effectiveness. The film is especially notable for its sharp dialogue and its enduring critique of gossip, moral judgment, and academic witch-hunts. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
