In this send-up of today's most popular horror movies, a familiar-looking group of teenagers find themselves being stalked by a more-than-vaguely recognizable masked killer. As the victims begin to pile up and the laughs pile on, none of your favorite scary movies escape the razor-sharp satire of this outrageously funny parody.
The start of a ridiculous franchise. Faris, Electra, Elizabeth and the Wayans make it worthwhile. Probably the third best of the series.
Had it on in the background while I played Balatro. Doofy is an unfortunate character, but it honestly holds up. Perfect parody.
At one point in time, this movie was easily a 5 star comedy. Not because of the acting or the story, but rather how ridiculous every scene was. As a society, we quoted this movie for years. It was hilarious.
Unfortunately, it hasn't aged well. I didn't realize that every scene in this movie is one giant gay joke. 20 years later, we've seen the same jokes over and over stemming from this movie. So when you're re watching this today, it's just boring and overdone. I'm glad the whole " that's gay" saying times are over.
I was 14-15 when this came out and I thought it was a great movie. Seen it again today and I remembered almost all the funny lines/gags.
I will see this again with my son when he grows up.

kinda crazy that i’ve never watched this one all the way through, just what i managed to catch on tv growing up or clips online. i grew up watching scary movie 2 and 3 more often, so bits like the dawson’s creek reference gagged me. it’s got some all timer bits of the series, like the stairway chase scene. i love me some fun trash.
also, now having watched the entirety of baywatch, i have an even deeper appreciation for the cold open.
The Wayans really got it - rewatching this movie after 7 years - DAMN do i still LOVE IT !!!
Absolutely ridiculous but damn I miss this sort of comedy
