Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce were the quintessential Sherlock Holmes and Watson. All 11 of their movies are classics that can never be matched. I've been watching them since I was a small child, and I never get bored. I've watched many other actors portray Sherlock and Watson, but it's simply not the same.

The plot feels confused and never really builds tension, making it a bit of a slog at times. Even the clever moments can’t fully save it, and it lacks the spark of the better Sherlock films. Still, it has its moments and can be mildly entertaining, but it’s easily forgettable
