- David MurrayJune 28, 2026One reveiwer says Ahmed should get an Oscar, that was laughable. :D Guy couldn't even learn basic drumming to make it look remotely realistic, beating on drums like a 7 year old. Its a slow slog with a very poor ending. Not worth the time, I would not have wasted the time for no payoff. Everything is just drawn out 5x longer than worthwhile.

I’ve been in a lot of mosh pits… This one pulled at my heart. They cared so much for each other and they have to choose to leave each other, and you can see how much it pains them to do so. He navigates this new world only to mess it up. When the one person who advocated for his healing journey told him, “you look and sound like an addict right now”—I broke. I loved this movie, it shows a man’s choices along a really rough road and is a good mirror back on acceptance and self-love, but damn, You didn’t have to do me like that.
