- tellumMarch 6, 2026Abysmal, and unfortunately says a lot about Tyler Perry’s thought process. Tyler plays a detestable husband that felt like he deserved to be cheated on. His wife is then basically SA’d but because she is the “antagonist” it’s played off like it doesn’t matter and she has a long term affair with her predator. Despite all this the rest of the movie gaslights the audience into thinking he is heroic and she is villainous, which only Tyler could possibly rationalize. This movie is the kind of bad that I seriously judge anyone who likes it unironically.
