A really unique cyberpunk action flick. The protagonist is an anti-tech guy in an automated world. After a life changing accident, he is imbedded with AI technology with some crazy results. Really fun ride with wild action and plenty of over the top moments. Some plot twists I didn't see coming.

Wow, this movie was completely unexpected. A gem that was overlooked. Probably one of my Top 10 sci-fi films now. Many audible gasps, plenty of blood, but he ending was good and left me wanting MORE. Recommended to friends and they agreed. A shame they couldnt give us on more. Actors did their part, i was fully invested the entire time.

It leaves you wishing for a part 2. Then you find out a part 2 is never happening.

Bad ass fight sequences and above average gore. Fell short in dialogue. Liked the twist. Felt the future was reminiscent of other films.

Great movie. I watched it several times. But I didn't like the ending of the movie.

Light weight but enjoyable. Comic book-like stylish story.

Even if not everything fits together logically in terms of the plot, it is still enjoyable to watch, and the interesting idea provokes reflection on the improvement of the human body (transplants, cyborgisation) and the side effects of AI development.

Upgrade is a slick, gritty blend of sci-fi and revenge thriller that delivers some jaw-dropping action and dark humor, but doesn’t quite live up to its full potential.

better than expected, a bit jarring at times and rushed feeling, but over all entertaining, original and graphic. Doesnt have that Australian made stink all over it.

Made me cum, STEM was the one making me cum.

Archeoastronomer Charles Holloway's best cinematic presentation yet! Some truly INCREDIBLE camera work, and STUNNING hordes of digital compositing! The vfx never seem to poke through the veil here. So this one is a winner! Kinda shitty story since I don't get the complete, and full history of this future universe and it's general dystopia. I feel neglected... But still a really, really neat movie to wartch! If you are into movies... This is definitely, A MOVIE!

    The story is very shallow.
