Two fraternity pledges go to a sleazy bar looking for strippers to entertain their college friends. They have problems with transportation, Biker gangs, and worst of all, the staff of the bar, all of whom seem to be vampires, with Grace Jones playing the head vampire.

Vamp (1986) is a visually driven horror-comedy that leans heavily on its nightclub aesthetic and eccentric performances rather than a tightly constructed story. While it has moments of style and a distinctive 80s atmosphere, the narrative feels underdeveloped and often disjointed, with character motivations and plot logic taking a backseat to tone and set design. Grace Jones’ silent, almost symbolic performance adds striking presence, but also reinforces the film’s lack of traditional character development.
Very much a product of its time that does not hold up well. If this movie inspired "From Dusk Til Dawn", it's an improvement. I'll take Selma Hayek getting her toes sucked over Grace Jones weird ass performance all day. I had to Google who played the main vampire because I thought it was a trans person. No disrespect to trans ppl.
