Lohman is an investigative reporter digging into the sudden split of a famous comedy duo (Bacon and Firth) around the time that a dead girl was found in their hotel suite. The story gets a bit convoluted and has an unfortunate explainer ending scene where one of the characters explains to the “audience” what really happened, but it’s a rather enjoyable watch, if a bit sleazy. If you want to see Colin Firth try to get cheeky with Kevin Bacon’s behind during a ménage à trois, though, then I highly recommend.
