The english dub is (mostly, D'arby and Hol Horse being exceptions) not very good. Regardless, this first set of OVA's is a more brutal take on the second half of Part 3 than the TV series offers. The pacing is good and the animation is visceral and dark. I wouldn't call it the best Jojo adaptation, but it is far from the worst.
