When Jeff wishes he could have his father's watch, his mother gives him an inexpensive one first to see if he can be responsible with it. He goes overboard and starts making timed-out schedules for everyone. Mother asks Jeff to keep an eye on her pressure cooker while she's out, but he and Porky play in the yard past the point the cooker should be turned off.
