High school can feel like an eternity. For some students at Split River High, it literally is. Maddie, 16, is newly-deceased and finds herself trapped in afterlife-limbo at her high school, where she discovers that she's stuck with those who have also died in the school over the past century. For some reason, she's the only one who can still communicate with the living, so she uses her new-found abilities to investigate her own murder.
Hidden Gem of a show. I never really heard much about it. Stumbled across it and I love it
The core idea of ghosts being trapped in the place where they died, unable to interact with the world is interesting & well used for the setting of a whodunnit. All the ghosts are neat characters and the actors do a good job.
Like many TV shows though it tends to drag on and get a bit silly.
Fun watch but they love to take their sweet time during moments of crisis... Excited for s3
