In my eyes, the anime is outstanding in every respect. A full 5 stars in every category would qualify it for my list of 5-star anime—a list I intentionally keep small. Ultimately, it comes down to my gut feeling, and I have to say it didn't quite make the cut. The first episode was incredible, and I said back then that if the anime could maintain that pace, it would earn those 5 stars. Unfortunately, the momentum flagged here and there along the way, and there were moments when I found myself checking my phone. That’s why I’m sticking with a 4.5. The anime is fantastic and worth recommending in every regard, but I think the story could have used just a little something extra to keep the pacing consistently high.
