The Immaculate Room
Maybe I'm easily entertained, but I liked the premise behind the film. It had some pretty interesting moments. I think they could have done more with it. All in all I liked it and the ending was nice.

This movie has it's moments. Of course it serves gratuitus violence and has some cliche characters. It was interesting, though. It held my attention and that's hard to do. So, I can forgive the film's few shortcomings. I think it's worth a watch.

Into the Forest
I really liked it. I do have a fascination with dystopian or apocalyptic themed storylines, though. These two look nothing like actual sisters but they are both superb actresses and they pulled this movie off beautifully. I would love to see a sequel to this. There are plenty of places you could go with these characters and the new world they are adapting to live in.

I was really suprised how good this movie was. The acting was really good. I was actually suprised, it wasn't cheesy like I thought it might be by the name of the movie. I would have preferred a better ending. It was at least realistic...

The Jacket
What a great movie. I've never seen this before. I'm really glad I read the reviews or I probably wouldn't have watched it. It's sad and sweet and ultimately revolves around sacrificial love.

The Girl Next Door
The sad thing is there are people all over this world who commit these atrocious actions everyday. This isn't the best produced piece of cinema but the subject matter alone is so abhorrent and disturbing that you will be curious enough watch it once, and sickening enough to wish you hadn't.

I honestly didn't understand this movie. There is a supernatural aspect to it that just did not land for me. I did watch the whole thing so, there's that. Usually if I hate a movie I will not waste the time so it couldn't have been totally bad.

Freaky. I think this movie is loosely based on the urban legend of the "dybbuk box" whish is a Jewish mystical tradition. Somewhat similar to the concept of possession in Christianity. Either way...freaky.
